Hi All,

We currently have USD and € foreign currency accounts with HSBC.

Each time I want to pay a supplier in € or USD it costs me £30. Even with a paid HSBCNet subscription (we don't have one) it would still cost £17.

Can anyone recommend an alternative bank where charges are more reasonable?

At the moment we're using our £ account for foreign payments via ukforex (free or £7 depending how much you send & with a fantastic exchange rate to boot!)

Thanks,
Raj

We use Natwest's Bankline, and pay from a Sterling account to any EU country for £5.00. The money is usually there the next day as well. No experience with the US$. We have just opened a Euro Account with them, so will see how things go!
