    Hi,

I have set up a US-based LLC. I'm in the UK and am a UK citizen.

Having a US credit card would really help - preferably business (e.g.Amex Plum) but personal would work as well.

    Can anyone advise?

Everyone I've reached out to so far (e.g.Amex) have said I need to be living on the US. Is anyone aware of how to get around this?

    Thanks,

    Dan

Perhaps some hate speech about their king?

Not sure what other loving on the us you could do. They tend to get annoyed at attempted fraud.
Or could go live there for a time.

Would British credit card not work?

Haha... ... Have edited the post - thanks for that spot. A British one will suffice but there are fees to use most of them abroad and other disadvantages to using British ones in the US.

Is it a US card you need or just a USD bank account with a card attached. https://www.revolut.com/ allow you to have this, they have a MasterCard and have a business account if you want to pay a fee.

To get a US credit card, you need a social security number and an address to send the credit card too. If you can provide that, then you should be able to get a card
