    Hi Guys

Hoping someone can put me out of my misery...feel an idiot even posting this.

So I have made a claim against an ex tenant for rent arrears via MCOL.

In the particulars of claim I meant to have put 'the claimant let a rental property at 2 main street, newtown, IL12 to the defendant etc etc'

However I have made a typo in the postcode. The postcode is IL12, I have put IL2 and missed off the 1. Basically my eyesight must now be so bad that I actually thought it was in there ( I'm so embarrassed, and I do wear glasses :(). I did proof read it, but I still couldn't see the error until I submitted the claim and printed it off.

There is only one main street in newtown, so I dont think the property could be confused for another.

But my question is does my complete idiocy require me to send in an n244 form to amend the particulars of claim.

    Thanks for any advice.

Provided there is no room for confusion over the address, no.

Thanks as ever for the reassurance Dean! I dont think there can be any confusion as its the only street with that name in the area.

    Thanks once again!
