Has anyone else received their payment for 26th December yet.
not recieved is anybodies payment showing in transx account
Nothing showing in my payments. No answer to emails so whats new. Setting up new payment gateway. Think it may be the answer for every one
Payment due on 26th not showing on transx account yet, 19th shows but not reached my bank account yet so can't confirm it was paid
This is a copy and paste of the email they sent to me on December 26th.
I have been forwarded your email concerning TransX and would like to reply and confirm that we have not ceased trading and certainly do not retain client's funds unless there is a just reason to do so, such as fraud or the legality of the goods or products being sold.
I'm sorry if you have had an impression different to this, but can assure you that TransX is continuing to grow and is committed to helping its customers succeed. If you have further concerns, please do let me know and I will be happy to help.
Sounds pretty good doesnt it. So they have stated that they have not ceased trading and so are still in business and accepting new customers and new payments.
They will only retain your funds if you are selling bent goods or you are a fraudster, other than that you they will not withold your funds and they will be paid.
They continue to grow and are commited to helping there customers succeed.
In view of this, I retract any reference to them being fraudulent or potentially fraudulent and I also fully take back and retract in full any impression that I may have made that suggested that Transx has acted in a criminal way.
Now that has been resolved. I think its time to move on.
Would still be nice if they could come on here and explain themselves. They do have an id.

So does that email put you all at ease after them holding on to your money and not answering your emails or calls??
It amazes me that anyone would trust their money to such an unprofessional outfit. You could be up and running with Protx within days, or one of any of the other trustworthy PSPs.
Protx require you to set up your own internet merchant account before you can accept payments, how much would this cost?
Payment from the 19th has still not reached my bank account, I know there have been bank holidays but 2 weeks!!! Anyone else still waiting?
still waiting, no answer to emails still. If they are taking on new customers I hope they get better service than we do
The best thing to do is to talk to your bank, explain the problems and ask them if they have any deals with merchant account providers such as Streamline, Cardnet (for Lloyds), Barclays Merchant Services or HSBC.
You can get discounted rates through membership of business bodies such as the FSB.
We are currently integrating with Moneybookers. So far they've come across as very professional, responsive and have a good user-interface for merchants and customers.. might be worth checking.
Anyone still waiting for payment from the 19th? This has still not reached my bank account, would like to know if anyone did receive it and if so when it reached their bank.
Ive had numerous payments since this date.
Have you contacted them directly by email or using the contact form online?
I have tried to phone , email and to use the contact form. They ignore everything and am still waiting for payments from before christmas.
