Completed the survey. Prior to the pandemic measures, we were already operating using a a semi-distributed model. So, the onboarding we do for the employees working in that capacity is entirely online. I guess the trick is to accurately replicate, virtually, what you'd normally do in a first two weeks as closely as possible – in terms of meeting the immediate team, meeting other heads of department , familiarising with important documentation etc. I think something that isn't spoken about enough is building culture/spirit in remote/distributed workforces.
