I'm looking for recommendations for London-based face-to-face training providers / courses in areas such as: - People management - Leadership skills - Conflict resolution This is for a manager in a smallish retail shop (overseeing four staff), so ideally shouldn't be too focussed on the corporate / office world. Grateful for any recommendations or tips on where to look. I'm wary of just choosing a provider off Google without reading reviews / recommendations. Thanks.
