Tier 4 Visa

Hello folks,

We are more than likely going to offer a part-time (less than 20 hours) temporary job to a student with a tier 4 visa. She is due back for a second interview and we've asked for her to bring in her visa as proof of her right to work here, but should I ask for any additional documentation to back this up?

We plan on keeping a photocopy on file, along with a photocopy of her passport.

We've been able to read all about what a tier 4 visa involves for the student here, but it's much harder to find any guidance for us as employers. Anyone that can point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
