    Hi All,

We have available 3.9 million records on a B2B file (2.9 TPS), This file will include every business in the UK with contact details. We are a telecoms company and use this file to promote our own products.

We are looking to sell this file in order to generate funds for a large project we are currently working on.

We have the complete legal rights of this file and so will the person(s) who purchase this with a fully copy of terms of contract.

I can offer a sample if needed. I guarantee the price will be by far the most competetive on the market.

    Kind Regards

    HI There,

It is difficult to determine the age of the data as it has been made up over a few years, the data has been regulary cleansed and updated though.

Ideally we are looking at a fast sale so 7K ONO.

    What are your thoughts?

    Thank you

    Hi

The dat has no email addresses attached, however we have found a few companies who are willing to swap and match emails to contacts.

In regards to how it was sourced, we purchased this file from a large data company, and I am waiting a reply from him in regards to your question.

    Thank you

If the data is more than a month old (or over a month since it was last cleansed) then it is useless as the people/businesses on it could have signed with the Mail Preference or Telephone Preference Service within that time. So unless the purchaser has the guarantee that the data has been completely checked against MPS and TPS then I cannot see why anyone would buy it.

[FONT=&quot]The B2B file is from the last 4 weeks and has been created from a hybrid file from companies house and a marketing firm. obviously I'm not going to tell you what firm and where. It's a great file. The last time it was checked for CTPS and MPS was end of Nov 08.

[FONT=&quot]I am happy for anyone to sample a small batch of your desired industry (try before you buy)

So, in other words, in hasn't been checked within the last 30 days, which means that many on that list could have joined TPS or MPS and by mailing or calling them we would be breaking the law.:|

    Hi Ashley,

Just for your ref it is (CTPS Company telephone preference service).

We are not phoning this data at moment we simply mailing them. If you would like the data cleansed we would be happy to do so, but naturally the price would go up.:)

Chris and Tetrus Telecoms have just been fined £440,000 by the ICO for breaching the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.

They are under process to be fined for breaches of the Data Protection Act.

Basically a bunch of spammers, and con artists.
