Bit of a swizz your survey. The reward is 3 months free banking with you. That's not a reward as I can only get it if I open an account. In any case, many of your questions were unanswerable as there wasn't a suitable option.

It's when someone pays with a plastic card or online. So we want to know if you have any sort of internet acquiring in place to process payments from clients.
Learn something new every day. Here I've been paying online for over 25 years and taking payments online for 18 years and never heard the term before. Surely the world is stranger than we can imagine.

Then just say that. You also ask about software my accountant uses. Why would I know this? And asking how much they charge is never going to get you accurate answers as the response is often ‘it depends’. Still doesn’t change the fact that the whole thing is misleading as it’s not a real reward.

No, all their website says is 3 months of free banking, not that it has to be with them. So you continue to use your existing bank and sue Amaiz if they don't pick up the bill for the next three months of charges.

I never saw that logo before so forgive me for not wetting myself with excitement. I saw "Amaiz" and I thought I'll leave it to the wife to deal with - choosing the brand of washing powder is her department. I charge a three figure sum per hour, Victoria. You've already insulted me with your offer of three months' banking with you as a "reward" for my time answering your questions. I'll pass. Do something useful, go have a word with the marketing genius who came up with that idea for a reward.
Showed your survey to a business colleague and he just laughed. Most of your questions are about me and my accountant not my business. Why for example do you need to know my gender or age? What has my personal income got to do with my business? You then ask about Business Structure. Sole trader is not a business structure, it's a business type. And so on... The person who designed the survey clearly hasn't got a clue.
