Anyone any idea what is going on with Supanet (Broadband provider)?
For no apparent reason we have no internet connection via Supanet. It states "incorrect connection settings" within Windows Vista > Connect to a network.
No settings have been changed.
When trying to contact Supanet over the last few days, their 0800 just states you're in queue for ages until eventually cutting you off, then the premium support number (£1 per minute) puts you also in a queue. The only number we could speak to someone on was their sales number and the chap said someone would call us back between 1700-1900hrs but no call came
