Suggestions on new ways to market

I run The Deal Matchers dot com.

We help customers save on their broadband, landline, TV and mobile.

Its a competitive market out there with the big players competing in this field. We are always on the look out for new and interesting ways to drive business.

We have a contact centre in place to handle all orders/ customer service for broadband/ landline and TV. We use online only for mobile comparison.

99% of our sales are telephone sales from online marketing we do for the telephone number we have. We find this works well and targets people who are genuinely baffled by the volume of deals out there. The contact centre team are great at helping educate customers and use a very needs based approach. They are likely our biggest asset.

We are looking for new ways to drive business in and were considering outbound campaigns (but where the centre would transfer qualified leads to our centre). Has anyone got any feedback on outbound campaigns they have done in the past? Any good companies they used?

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like an advertisement more than help request
however if you are looking for the new ways of promo try social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

No no, not an advertisement (don't really think that post is going to drive many calls to our contact centre to be honest).

We are already on social media but thanks anyway.

Whilst the market is crowded, to me they are all basically using the same message.

Why don't you consider taking a different approach to give the end-user something the others do not offer? There's lots of ways you can do this to establish the business as a market leader.

What kind of budget do you have as that will determine what you can do? The bigger players will spend millions a year on 'outbound marketing'.

Social Media as above - perhaps including Vine on Twitter as not quite so many people into using this yet & will help you to stand out.

You're looking at it from the wrong angle, outbound marketing or any other way of getting thousands of people to your website would be pointless if you don't have a way of capturing those people's attention.

In one sentence, off the top of your head, why do I use your website instead of going to any of the others that do the same thing? Once you know what message you're trying to get across, and to whom, then you can start working out how to target those people.
