    Hi all,

I could really do with some advice on a couple of things regarding the process of me applying to strike off my LTD company. I'll try and keep it to short points:

    UK LTD company
    Bank account with Barclays
Business credit card with Barclaycard Commercial
    I owe Barclaycard commercial £867.89
There are no other debts and there are no assets.
The business hasn't traded for a little over a year.

Seeing as the business hasn't traded for over 12 months, can I send off the DS01 form now or do I have to wait 3 months from the date on the letter that I am sending to the creditor (Barclays), which will be tomorrow?

    Thanks in advance

You can send off the DS01 now. You need to send a copy to Barclays.
