    Hi all,

I was looking for some advice in regards to my company.

Long story short.. i started a company around 1 and a half years ago after being made redundant. Within weeks, i was offered a permanent job and my business plans got put on hold. Essentially have done no business activity and was served a compulsory strike off action in February for failing to file a confirmation statement. At the time, my intention was to let the action run its course as I had no interest in keeping the company, thus i did not respond to companies house. 4 months later, the company is still on it’s first notice with no further communication since.

I am now re-considering and wanted to know if there is anyway to stop the compulsory strike off action to keep the company dormant. Main reason being.. the name is sentimental to some extent and within the next year I may possibly look to reignite the business idea.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

As above bring the record up to date and then make the company dormant.
