SSP for part time employee

Not yet. I was wondering if that would be an option in the circumstances... I don't know what I'm allowed to question or ask for without it being seen as being instructive or breaching her human rights etc.

I really do want to do the right thing, for all concerned.

Catherine wotsit, married to one of the princes, had serious morning sickness, to the extent of being hospitalised. She wasn't off sick for 3 months.

There can be other complications beyond morning sickness.
Had a friend signed off from Tesco for 3 months at a time when pregnant, she had several miscarriages previously and some bad morning sickness (much of the day). Didn't bring to term in the end.

Or could just be an overworked GP who doesn't want to be bothered for 3 months. An employer cannot know.
