I was initially thinking plastic retort bags that can be hot sealed. They’re not eco friendly though. Our initial quantities will be small, so that’s also restrictive. Also, are there any tips on steps how I can naturally preserve soup to extend its shelf life? That would help if we wanted to start delivering further abroad.
