    Hi Guys,

I upgraded our account yesterday and assumed it was instant after the transaction, but im guessing something may have gone wrong somewhere.

Could someone help me get my account to its correct status pleeease :)

You will need to wait till Monday, as Henry only works weekdays.

Ping him a PM with your paypal address and he will be able to match it with your account and then upgrade you.

Sometimes if the payment was by paypal, and there is no card associated, it writes an E-cheque, which takes 10 days to clear.

I also understand there was a glitch with the paypal interface with the forum software last week, so that could also be to blame.

As said above, drop henry a message he will look at it.

Sorted - I've gone ahead and manually added a year's Full Membership, effective as of right now :)

This was caused by a common issue with PayPal transactions - our system uses email addresses to match payments to UKBF profiles. If the emails don't line up then the upgrade doesn't go through. We can go in and check, however, so if this happens to anyone else, just let me know and I'll make sure it's worked out.
