Hello,
In the process of starting up a business as a sole trader, and have a few items of stock I ordered before having the business back account, these invoices & Order Acknowledgements/recipts just have the business name on them, or the business name and my partner (in the biblical not business scene) name on them (due to my partner having existing relationships with the businesses in question or using their bank to pay). .
Will this be a problem including them in my filing for TAX as Opex deductibles not having my name on,only the business name, and from now on do all need to have my name and business name on, so Joe Blogs - trading as JoeBlogs.com, or is just having the Business name and adrees on them OK?
