Software for managing leave etc

Hi everybody

Wondering if anybody has any recommendations of some website or software to manage staff leave / expense claims, etc? We're a small company and have been using Excel sheets so far but it's a bit of a headache. It'd be great if there was something which automatically calculates leave balances and approvals etc
