I am looking to start up a new hot food outlet... I feel the idea is a good one and people I have spoken to tend to agree. I have found that finding the right property is not that easy and the property agents we speak to are instantly demanding that we agree with their fees and name them as sole agencies. Could anyone advise on things to look out for and ways to avoid getting eaten by the bigger more aggressive fish in the pool. Many thanks.
