    Hi,

    I am in the process of being granted options under an EMI scheme.

    Sadly the contract is little more than gobbledy-gook to me so I am advised I should get it reviewed by an independent party before signing.

    Is there anyone on this forum who offers such a service or who can point me in the right direction?
