    Hi There

The MD of the company I work for is selling the business and three senior managers (of which I am one)are looking to invest the same amount of money to secure 100% of the shares.

The other two directors are effectively common law man and wife and I want to protect my interests as they effectively would own two thirds of the business.

I will take on the role of MD but obviously want to ensure I protect myself.

    Any advice would be appreciated

    Thanks
