Hi All,

I looking to attract more traffic to my site and promote my services better through SEO. I have no experience in this at all and am looking for some friendly advice as to how I should start and the kind of costs involved to achieve better rankings on search engines.
As with everyone at the moment, my budget is very limited, so what advice could you give for me to improve rankings myself.
Feel free to look at the site, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

I can't post a review here cos you're not a full member, but I will say this, a wix.com website is a big no no. Your website is flash based and a free website service.

If you really really value your business, get your site made professionally in html format and then think about seo. At the moment, your site won't rank very high due to being in flash format.

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh I hate wix websites, but I hate flash websites even more.

I haven't looked at your site (sorry) flash website can and do rank, however a html would be much better for you.

Now you don't have to spend loads of money, the price will come down greatly to what you want your site to do etc.

Look around on here and on google and make sure you see their work before handing over cash :D

What would the costs be to convert the website to html format ?

HarryBoon is right you can rank flash websites. The question is do you want to expand your business or leave it as it is.
Me personally I would definitely convert to html. You will save money and marketing cost in the long runs. Also Flash is a pain in the butt when you try and implement other platforms.

Just my 56p

Which one?

Hi, if you google:

Nursery sports
Nursery coaching
Childrens multi sports coaching

You should find it. It also scores on page one for some other strings as well such as "Multi sports coaching".

Not very competitive but I did what I was asked for ONLY £50

I would like to point out that the design isn't anything to do with me and as said before flash is a pain but can still rank

Seconded, Thirded, Fourthed, etc. Flash can be useful for adding some small visual flourishes (although most can be done just as well via other methods these days) - and is pretty good for web games.

Thats about it. Noone should have a website built in Flash these days - it's just not worth it!

In terms of cost to convert, you're probably looking at a few £100s - depending on if you want to do a straight "build me something that looks/acts the same, but isn't in flash" - or if you want to change (improve) at the same time.
