Hi
I wonder if someone could give me some advice.
I own an on-line interior and gift company whereby I make everything I sell.
I am gradually building a good reputation. When other shops ask if they can stock my product, how can I make sure that they are selling it under my brand name and not their own. I recently set up some terms and conditions for comapnies to follow, and ask that they sell them under my company name.
It is so much hard work for me to make these items and then have the companies claim them as there own.
