Hello all,
Time for me to pick your brains once more :)
Can anybody recommend a decent Debt Recovery firm.
I am looking to either sell a very small number of debts...tbh with you its not the monetary issue any more, its the principle...grrrr
Or, I would be willing to look at a commission based collection company.
I don't want to get involved with any 'up front' fees as the debts are not that big and I don't want to throw good money after bad...plus I had a horrendous experience with a previous firm who, with the kindest of descriptions, did not know their **se from their elbows and were far more reticent in passing the funds over than my previous bad debt customers themselves
Over to you....

Good Morning, thank you for your replies...
GRD; the debts are all B2C and below £500 each.
The kicker is that they are all covered by the Consumer Credit Act so I believe this makes things slightly different than if it were a debtor who had not paid for goods etc...
