    Having paid some money to get listed on Scoot, I had several phone calls from their telesales people, asking me to spend more money (which I declined) and I thought they were just like most of the other businesses.

    Imagine my delight then when one of their operatives spent two hours with me on the phone yesterday, explaining how to get the most from what I had already paid for, with no mention of spending more money at all. And a promise to phone me every month to see how I was getting on.

    This is excellent customer service, and I think you should give credit where it is due.

    Cant fault scoot. They make sure you get loads of calls...even if it is just from them!
