which place makes the best rubber stamps at a cheap cost?

Whilst I hate to say it - as I'd rather keep my business local - the best stamps I had made, to my exact design, came from a guy in Hong Kong via e-bay.
It was so cheap and they sit in front of me now, self inking, push down and it's done.
apzshop was the e-bay shop name. I was very pleased and would recommend him.
