Hello, I recently created an Amazon Seller account to sell some old University books I had. I sold almost all of the books within 3 weeks and made £146. This got me thinking that I could resell items from China on Amazon. I managed to find some lines on AliExpress which Amazon UK and eBay don't have listed. I sourced some of the jewellery from one supplier and paid out £20. The items were excellent. I went to list on Amazon UK and they're asking for EU Reach compliance. Now I'm about to answer my own question I'm sure but I would need the seller in China to provide a materials assay to quality with EU Reach wouldn't I?
The products I've found are unique and I've since found more items that I'd like to resell however I understand the good reason behind EU Reach regulation, I'm looking not for ways to circumvent this but how to approach Chinese sellers and get the right assay information certificates and any other relevant advice that could be given to me. It seems that I can list the items on eBay but since I want to eventually start selling multiple items I wish to stay within the law.
Thanks Phil
