    Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone knew the GDPR / UK data protection bill definition of 'One month'. This is the time period we will have to comply to with regards to requests for access (old SAR). I am currently building a process and need to understand what is meant by one month - is it a calendar month? 28, 29, 30, 31 days?

There may be issues with data subjects if this is not clear to them, could we locally clarify this in our privacy statement defining one month as 'x' days? Plus i want to automate the date generation based on the 'request received date' so that there is no confusion over when a request has to be completed.

    Thoughts?

    Simon.
