    Hey everyone

A easy question for some I'm sure,

How easy is it, can it be done and how do I go about setting up a limited company while I'm in part time employment?

Its really easy to set up a Ltd company. Easiest of all is to use a specialist company to help you. Just google 'Company Formations' and they will appear.
Unless your contract of employment somehow prevents you from doing so, there is nothing to stop you.
Take a moment to think this through though, as a Limited company is a legal entity which may have ongoing costs and other implications, such as requiring at least one director who will be in the public domain.

It's very easy indeed to set up a limited company but you need to make sure you know what you are doing after that that's important.

Is a limited company the best option for you?
