Recovering Money Owed?

Anyone know of any good companies etc? Had a bad experience before.

I lease a premises, rent is due. He's starting to string along that it will be paid etc and i dont want it to go any longer.

Not been on in awhile, not sure who's best to speak too to look at getting monies recovered etc as cheaply as possible.

If I am not mistaken, you have LOADS of rights when it comes to collecting commercial rent arrears.

Legally, you can literally walk in and take the cash out the till or goods of the shelves to the value of what is owed, you can change locks etc etc.

Completely different from residential rent which is very difficult and complicated to collect.

Ran a commercial DCA and Repossession company for 12 months, so know a little about it, but I am not a lawyer.
