Recommendations on Recruiter Targets, Commission & Bonuses

    Hello All,
    I am looking to setup a Recruiter Targets, Commission & Bonuses for a small business and need to hear what your experiences are on how Recruiter Targets, Commission & Bonuses are set and the best way to go about it.

    Also is there a Commission application tool which helps to automatically calculate commissions, so a recruiter can easily forecast their pay expectations? Thanks

    You need a manager at the top, Underlings below.

    As the team grows you may need to insert extra managers.

    I wouldn't worry about software to estimate commissions in advance as until the sales are made, invoiced and paid for, no commissions are due. The sale team only need to know what percentage they will earn and based on what criteria. If they cannot work out that for themselves, you shouldn't be employing them!
