recently registered a limited business now there asking for more

Evening all ive recently registered a limited business through company warehouse as i couldn't understand companies house forms.

but now they are asking for another 30.30+vat to [FONT=&quot]Register of Directors and Secretaries + [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Consent to act letters for each director / secretary + [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Register of Members/ Shareholders +[/FONT][FONT=&quot] individual Share Certificates for each Shareholder & [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Minutes of First Board Meeting (Standard form)

Ive been looking for the last couple of days for these forms but only found [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Register of Directors and Secretaries (288a) This is driving me nuts now as i thought when ive registered that would be that.

can anyone please advice me on the name of the forms or even better where i can download them
also are there any more forms after these except the year accounts as im about to give up i carn't believe how hard it is to set up a business. They speak double dutch on there forms (when you can find them) and i was told the hardest part is the business plan but almost completed it now. God knows what the VAT and PAYE are going to be like
