Hi, I recently formed my first company and I used a formation agent as it was quick and fairly simple. I have received the documents through the post and I have a few questions. The Share certificates, First Minutes and Registers have been bound in one file and I was wondering: 1. The first page has spaces for signatures from a Auditor and a solicitor, this may sound stupid but do I need both signing and if so ccan one person sign both. 2. The Share Certificates have spaces for two director signatures and as there are only two directors in the company do we both sign each of the two certificates or are we not meant to sign our own? Any help and advice you can provide will be greatly appreciated as I am worrying slightly as we have been formed nearly a week now and I don't want to leave it too much longer. Thanks Daniel Smith.
