We are a small but growing online retailer of sportswear. We are looking to employ someone to pick and pack customer orders. Can anyone who give me an idea of what would be a reasonable hourly rate of pay?
its very unlikely they are self employed if they only work for one businessWe pay pcs rate rather than an hourly wage etc, also if they are self employed that helps.

Then when I meet them, i'd ask them what they would want as an incentive to pack the right things. Then if it's reasonable i'd allow them to have that as their incentive.
Great piece of comedy.
I suspect they are supposed to pack the right things.I doubt they have any control over human error.![]()
