Hi i started my last job Monday October 26th 2020 and finish my job Friday July 30th tomorrow.

I was let go by the company last week and was told i will be paid all holiday pay owed.

I haven't had any days off on holiday since i started in October 26th 2020 .

I didn't have a employment contract stating how many holiday days i would have got.

How can i calculate how much i am due in holiday pay. Is it daily pay rate x 28 days?

    I was working full time.

I was told it was calculated as minimum 28 days holiday.

Would i be eligible for full 28 day holiday pay entitlement even though i only worked with company 9 months and not a full calender year.

Your 5.6 weeks (28 days) holiday entitlement would be pro-rataed fr the part year. Also, you may not think you have taken any holiday but, presumably, you didn't work on bank holidays but were paid for them, so you have taken at least 7 days' paid holiday

So you've already taken 6 days after saying you hadn't had any days off?

Christmas completely escaped my mind ! , other than six workdays off at Christmas I've not had any holiday days off including bank holidays.
So I'm hoping due 22 days holiday pay (28-6)

No 28 days is for 365 days' employment. It should be pro-rataed

Depending on the holiday cycle at the company your holidays from last year will not matter. If they refresh Jan to December.

As said above your holiday days will be calculated based on how many days you have worked this year, minus how many days you have taken. There are plenty of calculators for this online.

I agree this would normally happen, but the OP stated that they did not have an employment contract, which means they do not have a contractual holiday year, so their holiday year starts on the day they started work.
