Public Liability Insurance

Hi all,

For a business like mine - sell bags online

Do i need public liability insurance?

I was speaking to my business mentor and they mentioned it is safe to have it but is it a neccessity

Not sure if PI would cover it, but say one of the poppers came off your bag and maybe cut someone whilst they were rifling through it. And said personage was a hemoph, haemifill, hemmapholi - profuse bleeder.

Im another vote with eagle, although it isnt required by law it is nice to have for the safe guarding, the premium should be about the £70 mark for just the liability (dependent on turnover etc). Give us a shout if you need a full costing.

preciousbags: In my personal opinion, I think, we must insure each one of our official properties, because as the time is passing by, our concerns are also increasing on such issues. So, to avoid any discrepancies, we should go for it.
