There is a dedicated t shirt forum, when I looked at this a while ago you can import at a very good rate but depending on volume you may get greater flexibility from a uk supplier.

I'll find the links for you if you like but a simple search for uktshirtforums should bring the link for you.

They were really helpfull and got a few contacts for me
