Politely ask customer to do some marketing?

I've started supplying papers to an online retailer. This company would sell to a lot of crafters/people making wedding stationery and I would think that they have a large database. The problem is that this company does barely any marketing. Even if they did a mailshot to their database, letting them know of the papers, it would be something.
Is there a way to politely suggest this? I don't want to damage our budding relationship. Just feel a bit frustrated.....

Do they need to do any marketing? If they are making enough money to pay the bills they may not want more business.

Why don't you do the marketing? Make it known your products are now available at XYZ.co.uk. THat way more paper is sold and you get more orders.

Thanks. I did send out a mailshot to let customers know that they products were available from this company. But the company I supply to would have a much larger database and repeat customers.
They may not need the extra business but I would like it.
