hi

I've set up various email addresses in outlook the trouble is I can't download my sent messages, and neither will my emails send from the relevant mail box e.g.
it will send from my default email info@mailbox but when I send from sales@mailbox it will send it from info@mailbox

Can someone please advise how I can rectify this and get the sent messages aswell as get the function to ensure that emails are sent from the appropriate mail box.

Re the sent messages: Tools>Options>Preferences>email Options
Is the "save copies of messages to sent items folder" ticked?
Not sure why the send is defaulting.

Hi,

You can change the account you wish to send from.

Type your message and next to the Send button there should be a button "Accounts". From here you can choose which address you want to use to send your email.
