outlook & sage problem

Hi, I recently rebuilt my laptop and redownloaded all my data from an on line server. However, since reinstalling Sage, I have several .dta files missing and I am unable to run invoicing as it looks for the missing files. I reinstalled from CD & downloaded all my data which is there, but these files are just missing. Sage don't want to know.

Also, I've finally managed to get Outlook to open my datafiles from my old profile since retrieving the data, but now i keep getting error messages that Outlook has experienced a problem and has to close - this only happens when I download headers and then mark to download messages. Also would anyone know how to change my contacts default in my old profile to my current one as I have 2 sets of contacts (one empty) from the current and old profile.

Any ideas?
