    Anyone using openbaypro?

    Having a couple of issues.

    1. Can't upload products due to image size. Ebay likes them large, opencart likes them small.

    2. Can't upload products that don't have an EAN?

    Has anyone found a solution?

Struggling on and not really feeling it.

Your opencart images need to be a minimum of 500pixels on the longest side, which isn't a big deal unless your images aren't this size already. If they aren't you need to upload bigger images.

Still can't upload a product which doesn't have an EAN.

Also noticed that when it imports your orders from Ebay it doesn't import the delivery method so we have to manually check each order in Ebay so see what we listed as the shipping option, ie, Tracked 24, 48, 1st class, 2nd class, etc.

Could be a great tool but I've disabled it for now until I can figure out some of the issues.

Have you contacted the developer of the extension regarding these issues? Might be something they can fix for you. You have already mentioned it could be great, worth giving them the feedback to improve if not already done so. Contact details are easy enough to find on their website which bodes well for being able to speak with someone.

There's an extension called "Ebay Channel New" that we use. It's a one-off payment of $150 but there are no monthly fees like Openbaypro, so after 6 months you have made your money up.

It does all the usual stuff (syncs stock, allows you to add, update, remove stock).
