I have worked for a company for 1.5 years. My offer letter said the post will be subject to 3 months notice after probation that I have passed. It also said I will be issued a contract within 8 weeks but I have never been sent one or signed one.

In the eyes of employment law am I ok to give a reduced notice say month or do I have to stick to the terms implied in the offer letter?

    TIA Dave

    Ask your employer.

Strictly you are on 3 months notice. Discuss it with your employer, few employers want unhappy employees round the workplace.
