I see that The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 come into force in June 2014. Looks like I am going to have to update my terms and conditions, procedures and web site to comply with the new requirements. You need to include cancellation forms (which the consumer does not need to use) and if you don't include the forms the cancellation period extends to 12 months rather than 14 days!
