    Hi All,

We have been working for a UK based firm, and we awe about 22000 pounds from them as we have been conducting surveys, now its been long we are trying to contact them over the phone or by email but no response.

Iam looking for some legal advisers who can help us with the same.

Happy to help. If you private message me then I will give you more details of the firm where I work as a consultant lawyer.

Where are you based? In the meantime, if the entity that owes you te money is a limited company, LLP or PLC then check the latest records of the company at If there is an 'L' next to their name then the company is in liquidation. Write to their registered office. You will find that on the same website.

Alternatively get a credit reference check done on the company.

If the company is not in financial difficulties and is simply avoiding paying then there are a number of quick options available to you which often produce results.

You can threaten to wind up (put into insolvency/make bankrupt) the company. The threat of doing that and the consequences are so severe that this often produces a result.

If it is a simple debt that is not disputed then you can get a relatively quick court judgement.

Happy to help or to recommend someone who can.

Sorry to hear about your debt problems.
If you are not in the UK and need some assistance with recovering debts from a UK based company then we would be pleased to discuss this with you.
Please feel free to drop me a private message or contact me by email and I would be happy to review the situation with you.

I specialise in debt recovery litigation.
I offer apropriate fee structures, including fixed fees and Conditional Fee Arrangements. I can also provide credit information without charge to you.
I would be cautious about going down the route of threatening insolvency, especially if they are likely to argue there is a dispute. The Court of Appeal has warned against using insolvency as a debt collecting tool. Far safer to obtain a judgment first.

Please get in touch if you need legal assistance.
