Hi

I read that the online system for small claims court is a nightmare and the system isn't very good and a bit of mess as it's relatively new. Not sure how true that is.

But I am looking at the paper method instead but isn't as easy to complete! On this bit: Name of claimant’s legal representative’s firm. I don't have one! Do I have to get a signature?

Read the notes and couldn't see a solution https://assets.publishing.service.g...loads/attachment_data/file/952020/n1a-eng.pdf

Anyone got any experience that could help me save some time on this please? Thank you

Thanks. Yeah it's tempting as it's certainly easier to use and doesn't seem to need a signature from a solicitor. Having to have that defeats the object a bit doesn't it. Encouraging you to take action but then employ the services of a solicitor who isn't going to sign anything for free?

Any other advice out there? Sorry should I have posted this in Legal?
