MyHermes Sunday Delivery-Does it happen?

I just had an email today from myhermes saying that they now do Sunday delivery and have been since June 1st. This would be really helpful to us so I went on a web chat with a customer service guy from myhermes to ask if they charged extra for this delivery and how you book Sunday delivery. The guy told me they don't do Sunday deliveries!
I asked if he was sure and it was false advertising if they didn't do it.. He said he had no information on them ever doing sunday deliveries so he would have to see if he could speak to someone and get them to contact me. No idea if they will or not.
Have any of you had/used myhermes for Sunday deliveries? I'm really confused as it also doesn't let you choose this as an option on the site.
Not sure why their own staff don't know anything about it!

We recently started using MyHermes and were told by the sales guy that they do Sunday deliveries now.

Also, I just checked my the parcels sent out on Thursday, all were delivered either Saturday or Monday, none on Sunday

Just had a reply from myhermes and they say even though they sent the email saying they have been doing sunday deliveries. they actually don't! False advertising or what!

A guy who rents a unit from us buys a certain type of kit toy (in as new unopened packaging) from various sources including ebay to re-sell, these goods arrive by RM, ParcelForce, Yodel, and Hermes.

And yes Hermes do do Sunday deliveries in this area, it is probably more to ease the distribution build up for Monday morning for their own benefit than to assist their customers.
