My email address is being filtered by some people I contact as spam!

I have a problem and hoping somebody can help,

My companies email address which is a hotmail.com address, is being filted by some of my clients email accounts as spam, and some of my clients have said they are not getting my mesages and they are finding them in there spam folders.

What can I do to stop this!

Yes! Stop using hotmail.

There are plenty of way to set up [email protected] emails, using hotmail looks unprofessional.

As your host about squirrelmail.

The best option will be to use your own domain name for company website / email.
If you do not want to do this, use Gmail. Anyway get rig of Hotmail.

If you want to use a free mail account,with a twist,try mail.com.

you can also use Gmail to setup [email protected] for free, try researching into Google Apps

Yes, indeed, Google Apps can help you into this but this only if you have your own domain.

Can you add a logo to the signature in gmail?

Also when I am trying to send test messages it sends them back saying they have failed... I set it up like 10 mins ago if that makes any difference?

Create an HTML signature snippet using notepad or WYSIWYG editors like Dreamweaver/Frontpage/Golive or online with Geocities/GooglePages/Tripod Lycos. Your signature can have all kind of HTML tags (including DIV, EMBED, TABLE) but all linked Image files, audio files and video clips must be pointing somewhere the web and not on your desktop.

Once you are satisfied with the layout, select the entire portion of the webpage that you want to appear in the GMail signature and drag it to the GMail compose window. Alternatively you can copy it to the clipboard and then press Ctrl+V in the Gmail window.

Or pull all your business accounts into Hotmail, using the add mail. add the right ports and setup your templates with Signature in there.

You will then be able to send from each domain name and all business accounts go with you wherever you are, on any computer.

im not that techincally minded unfortantly, I just wanted my simple logo and a few details like I had in hotmail. ARGHHHHHH poxy email, just had all my business cards printed aswell ugh

Can anybody possiably help me out and create a signature for me? I have the details and the picture is basic and shure it won't take anybody that knows this stuff 2 mins to do. Would appericate it alot!
