Hi all,

I am after a few suggestions and pointers.

How can I get in touch with architects, house builders and developers?
I want to let them know about the solutions we can provide for home networks and automation. Is just looking in the phone book and yellow pages the best thing to do?
I want to start marketing our company a bit more as we only have got google adwords going at the minute.
I know that a lot of people are looking for this type of thing to enhance their homes nowadays. Is it worth trying to get PR coverage. Everyone I have told about it seems to want it as soon as they have seen what it is capable of. In my opinion telemarketing is not suitable for this type of thing. Has anyone got any Ideas?
Thanks Danny

We do a fair amount of this kinda work, well i think it is this kinda work.
Do AV distribution systems, TV all around the house, sky, telewest, freeview, etc. Surround sound in the lounge, speakers in the ceiling, done a couple of cat5 installations. Would love someone else to take the hassle of this off my hands, it always goes hand in hand with other building works.

Could you not pitch builders and developers as your service being something they can offer their clients. Mine always go mad for it, plasmas on the wall and all that.

Possibly a list made form the yellow pages of builders, etc and sell it to them as something they can offer to their clients. Try and see it from the builders point of view, hassle free, you can accomodate their time schedule, you can work with their team. Try and understand the builders problems and how to help him.

Not too sure if this has helped.......but we live in hope
