Apologies all if this has been asked.

I am an executive assistant and as such have full access to my bosses mailbox, if I send anything from his mailbox it will say "sent on behalf of" but I can read all content.

Should my access by removed for us to be compliant?

    Many thanks in advance

Hi, Not necessarily as long as you can justify the access (sounds like you can!). This should be documented in your access control policy.
