    Good Morning all.

New to the forum, and looking for advice.

I have owned and run my limited company for 3 years. only had one client for the whole period, whilst paying myself each month through payroll. Now that this is not going to change and I will only be only working for this one company, I want to strike off my company and work for my client on a self employed basis.

Now the problem I have is that, to strike off, the company needs to have no debt, and the only debt I have is a BT Business broadband contract, and to pay this off is simply too expensive, is there anyway I can go around this without going down the insolvency route, which appears to be very expensive for a small business aswell.

Hope this makes sense, any help would be greatly appreciated.

JUst go for strike off. You need to inform BT. They may object but they do not have the power to delay strike off indefinitely.

Are you sure you will really be self employed?
